2024 Subdivision Dues Information

For 2023 our dues per home are $82 for the year. Dues should be paid before April 1, 2024


For 2024 we have added the ability to pay via PayPal for credit / debit card payments. 


NOTE: There is a $3 handling fee for using PayPal for dues payments. If you owe back dues, please contact a board member to calculate the handling fee.

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE HOUSE ADDRESS IN THE NOTE IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT FOR YOUR PAYMENT!!!

Cumberland Hills now also accepts ZELLE payments.

Homeowners: Note that the HOA WILL place a lien on your property if you become >$200 in arrears on your dues.
Dues notices are sent in January of each year, and dues should be paid by April 1st. Second notices are sent in May.
