2026 Subdivision Dues Information
For 2026 our dues per home are $89 for the year. Dues should be paid before April 1, 2026
Payments through Zelle or Bill Pay: Send information by mail or email to Cumberlandhills.treasurer@gmail.com. (Include address in memo line)
NOTE: If your past due balance exceeds $200, A lien will be placed on your property with the Oakland County Register of Deeds, if balance is not paid by April 1st, additionally a charge of $100 will added to your balance to cover the costs of placing / removing the lien.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 12% per annum on any past due amounts along with costs of collection.
YOU MUST INCLUDE THE HOUSE ADDRESS IN THE NOTE IN ORDER TO GET CREDIT FOR YOUR PAYMENT!!!
